Meet one of our Founding Partners

Ms Shweshwe Masitenyane is a founding partner and a director at the firm. She completed an LLB Degree from the University of Johannesburg.  Ms Masitenyane also holds a postgraduate certificate in Prospecting and Mining Law from the Mandela Institute at the University of the Witwatersrand, and a diploma in Labour and a Maters’ Degree in Labour Law from the University of Johannesburg.

Ms Masitenyane completed her articles at Pule Incorporated Attorneys where she was later employed as an Associate. Ms Masitenyane has also served as an Associate Attorney at Mncedisi Ndlovu and Sedumedi Attorneys.

Ms Masitenyane is an admitted attorney. Her areas of expertise include amongst others, litigation and alternative dispute resolution, property law, debt collection and recoveries, labour and employment law. She has provided various legal services related to her areas of expertise to government departments at the national, provincial and local levels and numerous other public-sector institutions and statutory bodies for a period of eight years.
